Delivery, installation, & PICKUP

A one time fee of $400 for each rental, which includes delivery, installation, and pickup.*

Install and pickups are Mondays - Fridays, 8 am - 5pm.*

*Additional days and times may be available upon request and subject to labor availability. A “Nights & Weekends” install rate will be implemented; exact rate to be determined at the time of scheduling (based on install/pickup location and size of home).

Transfer fee from one apt home to another $250

No pet fee, however, $150 pet cleaning fee per couch or loveseat,
$75 per club chair due to pet hair removal if needed

Will you work with my style?
Absolutely! Our vast collection of home furnishings and linen rentals align with a modern, clean look. We’re always happy to add little touches that customize the look of your temporary home to suit your own preferred style.
Yes! Simply select your preferred base plan by the number of rooms and length of your lease, and then choose from the upgrade options. For example, you can choose to increase the size of your TV, upgrade from a club chair to manual motion recliner, and add a writing desk and chair, just to name a few.
You’ll find that we’re very flexible. If something comes up and the term of your lease changes, just let us know.

We have a huge warehouse stuffed with all sorts of furniture and furnishings, but we don’t have a showroom that our clients can visit. The reason for this is that we try to keep our overhead low so we can pass the savings on to you. We recommend that you check out our gallery page so that you can see our past projects.

Yes, we charge a one-time $400 furniture installation and delivery fee. The same fee also covers the pickup of your rental items.
We will assess a charge if any items are damaged or missing at the time of pickup. A walkthrough is conducted at the time of installation and removal, and you will receive an inventory checklist and value sheet upon installation.

We do not assess cleaning fees unless you have a pet. A pet cleaning fee of $150 per couch or loveseat and $75 per club chair will be assessed.
Credit cards are the preferred method of payment; however, we do take cash and checks if necessary.
We know that corporations often have billing difficulties when placing employees in hotels, as invoices are necessary for tracking and documenting expenses. We’ll work with you to make billing arrangements that are suitable for your company’s needs. For example, we can offer invoices with 30-day terms.
